- Coming on 12-Sep-2010 (7-90 PM): Barbaresco dinner at Bellanico with Andrea Sottimano. We'll eat great food, drink nebbiolos from three Barbaresco crus (single vineyards), plus dolcetto, barbera, and a sparkling wine, and hear an articulate guide to the different Baberesco vineyards' distinctive terroirs. It's like a graduate course in Barbaresco terroir, but without the tests! Details here. (Our Sottimano dinner last year sold out and had a waiting list.
If you're interested, we recommend that you make your decision and your reservations sooner rather than later.)

- Aug. 2010: The Harvest 2010 issue of Edible East Bay magazine is out, and it includes Mark's article on East Bay natural winemakers. Free print copies of the magazine are available in our store and at several other locations in the Market Hall.
