- Jun-2009 update: Whether you call it rosé, rosato, rosado, blush, or anything else, the season to drink pink is upon us. We have dry rosés from France, Spain, Italy, South Africa, and the U.S.
(not to mention rosé sparkling wines from many of the same countries).
- Our May 4th Cascina Val del Prete tasting with Mario Roagna and his wife, Maria Carla, at Adesso was mobbed! Good food, good wines, good friends, and good times were all there in abundance. We have several of the wines from the tasting in stock, so come by the store or email markm@paulmarcuswines.com
if you want to purchase any of them.
- May-2009: We now have a few favorite wines from each of our staff members displayed on the shelf between PMW and the Pasta Shop. Take a look, take a few home, and see how your favorites compare with each of ours!
- May-2009: The Summer 2009 issue of Edible East Bay is out. You can pick up a free issue in our store or at Peaberry's Coffee & Tea. Previous issues are available online.
- May-2009 update: As Kristin Espinasse mentioned in her blog French Word-A-Day, we now carry
wines from Domaine Rouge-Bleu. Dentelle ($15.00) and Domaine du Banneret Châteauneuf-du-Pape ($45.00) are in stock. Mistral ($19.00) should be back in stock at the end of June / begimnning of July.
- 7-Aug-2008: Mark spent a day being filmed in the PMW wine cellar talking about sparkling wine, wines from Piemonte, wines from Rioja, and pinot noir.
