Paul Marcus Wines - Pearl
|
The next PMW wine dinner will take place at Pearl Oyster Bar and Restaurant on Sunday November 12 at 7:00. This dinner will feature a range of Chablis from Burgundy producer Jean-Marc Brocard. Chablis is the source of the most steely, minerally, high-acid Chardonnays in the world - the antithesis of the oak-and-butter-cocktail style. Jean-Marc Brocard is a top Chablis producer known for the purity and soil-driven flavors of his wines. He farms all of his vineyards organically (and some of them biodynamically). Most of the wines are vinified and aged entirely in stainless steel. The wines are a superb accompaniment to the pure, elegant seafood flavors in Chef Jonathan Luce's cuisine.
The total cost, including all food, wine, tax, and tip, is $70. Payment in advance is required to reserve your place. For reservations or more information, contact Paul Marcus Wines:
